Cold-pressed from the creamy flesh of Chilean avocados, Clearspring Organic Avocado Oil has a delicious, nutty flavour which is perfect for a large range of dishes. It can be use for dipping with bread, adding colour, smoothness and flavour to dressings, stir-frying and even deep-frying as it has a very high smoke point.
