      Gluten Free White Bread Machine Loaf

      Makes 1 Medium Loaf (2.4L pan)

      Egg substitute (for 2 eggs) (or FREEE Chickpea Flour + water)

      2 tbsp sugar

      1 tsp salt

      6 tbsp oil

      1 tsp vinegar

      350ml tepid water

      500g FREEE White Bread Flour

      2 tsp Doves Farm Quick Yeast

      Method:

      1. Put the egg substitute (or chickpea flour + water), sugar, salt, oil, vinegar, and water into a bowl and whisk together well.

      2. Pour this into the machine pan.

      3. Add the flour and sprinkle the yeast on top.

      4. Close the lid and start the machine on the gluten free bread program if available, alternatively use the basic rapid setting with a high bake option.

      5. When cooked remove the bread from the pan and allow it to cool completely before slicing.
