    • This one has a bit of a fiery kick to it! If you’re looking for a plant-based alternative to that traditional “Pepper Jack” style cheese, this is it! Our semi-firm Spicy Juan is a spicy one! Great on cold sandwiches, melted on your favourite toastie or pizza, and grates nicely into pasta bakes as well if you’re looking to add a bit of extra heat to your dish.

Tapioca flour*, unsweetened soya milk (soya beans, water)*, refined coconut oil*, kappa-carrageenan (red seaweed extract), vegan lactic acid, pink Himalayan salt*, variety of mixed dried chillis (habanero, ancho, chipotle, birds-eye) and natural plant-based seasoning.

**Insider cheese care tip: the best way to store the cheese is to take it out of its packaging and wrap it in some plain white kitchen roll and then put that in a ziplock food bag or on a plate. The kitchen roll will actually wick out any moisture from the cheese and keep it nice and firm. It’s not the most aesthetically pleasing but it works and the cheeses can last up to 3 weeks like this! You may have to change the kitchen roll if you don’t go through the cheese quick enough but as long as the kitchen roll is dry the cheese will remain firm and fresh.
