These soft and fluffy banana pancakes are a delicious breakfast treat for the weekend!
This easy recipe will become one of your favourites! The best pancakes are served warm, straight from the pan. Serve them with fresh berries and melting vegan butter. Yum!
In a bigger bowl mash the banana with the fork.
Add sunflower oil and cinnamon and mix it.
Add flour and baking powder and whisk it.
Slowly start adding milk and stir. The batter should have a thick consistence.
Spread some oil on the pan and warm it up on medium heat.
Drop tablespoonfuls of batter onto the pan and shape it in rounds. Leave to cook for 2-3 min until golden and then flip very gently. Allow to cook for another 2 to 3 minutes and remove from the pan. Serve it warm with maple syrup, vegan butter, marmalade or fresh fruits!
