Make yourself a breakfast that's worth getting out of bed for.

The Coconut Collaborative Oat Yogurt • 4 tbsp
Rolled Porridge Oats • 100 g
A handful of Raspberries
A handful of Blueberries
Maple Syrup • 2 tsp
Almond Milk • 100 ml
Chia Seeds • 2 tbsp
Salt • 1 pinch

In a small bowl, add in rolled oats, chia seeds, almond milk, 4tbsp oat yogurt and maple syrup and stir with a spoon to combine.

Add oats and stir a few more times. Press down with a spoon to ensure all oats have been moistened and immersed in almond milk. Cover securely and set in the fridge overnight or at least 6 hours to set.

The next day, loosen with a splash of water (or milk) if needed. Top with oat yogurt, or garnish with berry toppings as desired.

Note overnight oats will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days, though best within the first 12-24 hours in our experience. Not freezer friendly.
